ORDERING & PRODUCTS

What types of uniforms and gear do you offer?

POINT3 offers the highest quality uniforms, apparel and equipment for team sports including basketball, volleyball, football, and more.

Can we customize our uniforms?

Yes, most of our uniforms can be fully customized with team names, logos, player names, and numbers. We offer various customization methods such as custom sublimation, embroidery, and heat transfer. 

What is the process for ordering custom uniforms?

Our custom uniform ordering process typically involves: 1) Browsing this website to select desired styles. 2) Complete our Contact a Rep form with basic program information. 3) POINT3 will follow up within 24 hours to create a FREE design mockup and sales quote. 4) You review and approve a digital mockup and confirm order details with your designated POINT3 rep. 5) POINT3 will send a confirmed sales order with a link to submit payment. Don’t worry…our team will guide you through each step!

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Yes, for fully customized uniforms, our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style. However, some of our items may have lower or no minimums. Please contact your POINT3 Rep for more detailed information.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of youth and adult sizes, generally from Youth XS to Adult 3XL. Please refer to our size charts located on each product page for detailed measurements.

Can I request a sample?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we typically do not offer individual samples of fully customized uniforms. However, we may be able to provide generic samples of certain fabrics or styles upon request to gauge quality or sizing. Please contact your POINT3 Rep for sample orders.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How are your uniforms and apparel priced?

Our pricing depends on several factors, including the style, fabric, customization options (number of colors, logos, etc.), and order quantity. The prices as shown on this website are generally starting price points at the highest possible order quantities and bulk discount tiers. Please contact your POINT3 Rep for a detailed quote once you submit your customization requests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, ACH/wire transfers, checks and select other payment methods subject to individual approval.

When is a team order with POINT3 considered placed and final?

Once all order details (sizing, roster, design mockup, etc.) have been confirmed, POINT3 will send a sales order confirming all details with a link for payment. We require payment in full before processing any custom uniform orders or to reserve any stock apparel. In certain cases, POINT3 may, at its own sole discretion, confirm and begin production on an order once a minimum deposit has been placed. Once payment has been received, we will begin production of your custom order.

Do you offer team discounts?

Yes, we offer team discounts on bulk orders. Please contact your POINT3 Rep for a detailed quote and for available discounts.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping and expedited services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order and the destination. Please contact your POINT3 Rep for detailed shipping information and associated costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The production time for custom uniforms typically ranges from 3 to 4 weeks after final sales order/design approval and payment submission. Expedited production times are available usually for an additional Rush Fee. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location, generally ranging from 1 to 5 business days for the lower 48 United States. Most orders ship out of our Atlanta, GA warehouse or our dedicated production facility in South Florida.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries.  Please contact your POINT3 Rep for a quote and to confirm if we ship to your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

TEAM STORES

Do you offer online team stores?

Yes, we offer a convenient online team store solution for your program. This allows individual team members and their families to order uniforms and spirit wear directly.  Please contact your POINT3 Rep to learn more about setting up a free team store for your organization.

What are your business hours?

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Email is always best (info@point3teams.com) but feel free to call us anytime at  855.POINT3 (764.6803).Someone will always respond within 24 hours!
