Return Policy

At POINT3, we are committed to providing the highest quality team uniforms and apparel. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our return policy below.

General Guidelines:

  • Customized Items: Please note that items that have been customized with names, numbers, logos, or any other specific personalization are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all customization details in your confirmed mock-up and sales order before placing your order.
  • Timeframe: You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with all original tags attached within 14 days of the date you received your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or packing slip) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in resaleable condition, free from stains, odors, alterations, and any signs of wear and tear. POINT3 retains the right to reject any returns or exchanges at our sole discretion.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Review Policy: Ensure your item meets the criteria outlined in this Return Policy.
  2. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within the 14 day return window to initiate your return. You can reach us by:
  3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return your item(s).   
  4. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during shipping. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation along with the RA information clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  5. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.   
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days.   
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.   
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable..

Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, direct exchanges may not always be possible.
  • If you need a different size or style (for non-customized items), please initiate a return for the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item with your designated account representative. This will ensure that the correct item is available and can be processed promptly.
