1. SPONSOR

The “Ultimate Hoop Showcase Package” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by POINT3 Basketball, LLC located at 1872 Montreal Road, Tucker, GA 30084 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To qualify, an entrant must:

• Be an authorized coach or program administrator for a youth basketball program (players aged 9-18).
• Lead a team with a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 12 players.
• Be scheduled to compete in at least one basketball tournament between April 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026.
• Mandatory Verification Call:
  To officially qualify your entry, you must participate in a brief (approx. 3-minute) verification call with a POINT3 representative. This call is strictly to confirm eligibility, team size, and tournament scheduling. Entries that do not complete this verification step by February 5, 2026, will be deemed incomplete and ineligible for the drawing.
• Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on January 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Digital Entry: Visit https://point3teams.com/ultimate-hoop-showcase-2026 and complete the 5-question entry form between Jan 15 and Feb 5, 2026.

Scheduling the Call:

Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email/SMS with a link to schedule your 3-minute Verification Call or a prompt for a POINT3 representative to contact you.

• Completion: Your entry is considered “Pending” until the call is completed. Once the POINT3 representative confirms you meet the criteria in Section 2, your entry will be moved to “Qualified” status for the random drawing.

• Limit: One (1) entry per coach/program.

• Requirements: Entrants must provide valid contact information (Email and/or SMS) to be eligible for notification. By entering via SMS, you agree to receive automated marketing messages from POINT3. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about February 6, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided at entry by February 6, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GRAND PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

1. The GOAT Team Kit: A full set of POINT3 Uniforms for up to 12 players (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $2,500+) featuring at minimum the following items per player:
   1. One (1) home custom sublimated DRYV reversible jersey and shorts
   2. One (1) away custom sublimated DRYV reversible jersey and shorts
   3. One (1) custom sublimated shooting shirt
   4. One (1) Road Trip 2.0 Basketball Backpack with program logo
2. Live Period Media Coverage: A video/photo crew provided by Sponsor to cover one (1) agreed-upon tournament during the April–July 2026 window.
3. National Exposure: Feature placement across POINT3 media partner channels (Total reach of 1M+).

• Note: Travel, lodging, and tournament entry fees are not included. Total ARV of prize package: $2,500.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner (and the parent/legal guardians of the participating players) grants Sponsor the irrevocable right to film, photograph, and record the team’s “Live Period Event Experience” and to use the resulting media (name, likeness, voice, and video) for worldwide promotional purposes in any media format without further compensation or approval. Winner will be required to coordinate signed liability/publicity waivers for all participating players/parents prior to the media crew’s arrival.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures undermine the integrity of the sweepstakes. By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Meta, and Google from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize. By entering, you agree to receive newsletters and promotional communications from POINT3.
